01 THE ALLIANCE

Best-in-class technology

No single supplier should define the technology.

The Crash Lab Alliance brings together four industry leaders, each accountable for the domain it knows best. It is a deliberate alternative to the single-supplier model: complementary expertise, coordinated as one complete facility.

01

Complementary expertise

Independent specialists contribute proven technology in their own core discipline.

02

Seamless collaboration

Interfaces, timing and data flows are engineered together from the outset.

03

Lower integration risk

Clear accountability and tested interoperability reduce uncertainty.

04

Long-term partnership

Service, upgrade paths and shared ownership protect performance over time.

02 FOUR PARTNERS, ONE BUILD

Each accountable for the domain it knows best

Four specialist domains.
One coordinated facility.

From the first concept to acceptance testing, the alliance coordinates every interface while each partner leads its proven field.

03 PROJECT PROOF

VinFast crash laboratory / Vietnam

From kick-off to first acceptance crash in twelve months.

Completed at the VinFast manufacturing campus in Vietnam, the full-scale crash laboratory reflects how the project was structured from the outset: four specialist companies contributed proven technology from their own fields, while all four committed to the performance and successful acceptance of the complete facility.

+

Built to growThe laboratory was designed as an adaptable platform that can evolve alongside future testing requirements, allowing capabilities and configurations to expand without compromising the overall facility concept.
